Today they have sworn the Oath of allegiance to the Ukrainian people.

Michael Bates, Senior Police Officer of the Special Operations Management Rapid Response Unit, Houston (USA), addressed the alumni. He is an experienced law enforcement officer who teaches Ukrainian law enforcement officers and a good friend of our Academy. To receive a police badge from his hands is a great honor for our graduates.
